Smart MES
CHANSE focuses on the transforming and upgrading of various production-oriented and experimental equipment in the industry, and has established a dedicated technical research and development team to design and develop the Pharmaceutical Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Smart Manufacturing Execution System（SMES).
SMES is an extension and deepening of the management function of the MES system in the production process. It establishes a unified equipment data acquisition (including production, quality inspection, logistics, etc.) and command transmission platform.
Based on Industrial Ethernet, it links automatic production equipment, AGV (automatic guided transport vehicle), PAT system, the end user's computer, automatic feeding unit, etc. The unified user and authority management system on the platform is used to replace the user authority management in each equipment.
The functions of centralized data collection, unified analysis, fast feedback and automatic adjustment of all production, logistics and quality inspection are realized. To the greatest extent, it can reduce the team size of production, quality assurance and logistics, balance the stability of the quality, improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
