  • High Pressure Homogenizer

    This product is used for homogenization, emulsification, and crushing of liquid materials (liquid- liquid phase or liquid- solid phase) with viscosity below 0.2PAS and temperature below 100°C.

    Applicable industries: organizational dispersion in the field of biotechnology, sample preparation in the pharma ceutical field, uniform emulsification in the food industry, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, paint industry, and petrochemical industry.

     

    Working principle:

    Under the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the material is transported to the homogenizing valve body. By adjusting the clearance of the homogenizing valve group, the material liquid is instantly subjected to extremely strong compression. When passing through the flow limiting slit, it collides with the homogenizing valve at an extremely fast speed,resulting in cavitation effect,impact effect,and shear effect,making the agglomerated material evenly dispersed, thereby achieving product homogenization, emulsification, crushing, and other effects.

     

    Stable operation, low noise, convenient cleaning, flexible mobility, and can be used alone or in combi-nation according to customer needs;

    The structural design, strength, and lifespan of the integral pump body are reliably guaranteed;

    The homogeneous valve seat adopts a double-sided design with double service life;

    Fewer raw materials and repeated homogenization tests can be used in experimental testing to save more expensive raw materials;

    The processing effect can reach the level of nanometers and the distribution is very uniform.
